Having worked long term within the industry, and having had loved ones requiring varied types of care and support for various situations, we have seen first hand the issues that can arise and how good care and support workers can positively impact an individuals quality of life.
We aim to provide just that to our customers. We follow a strict recruitment process which helps us ensure we protect customers and clients, by providing staff that are experienced, pass the relevant recruitment and security checks, and are supported by references.
During interview with our candidates we explore skills which they currently possess, and seek opportunities in which we can help the staff member develop further skills.
We know how important time management is when you are running a busy establishment or service, and we aim to provide cover when you need it, and for those staff to arrive on time.
We make sure our team members have a shared understanding of the importance of safe and compassionate care. The essential element of clear communication and safe working practices.
